Through donations and ReStore sales, we raise the funds to purchase land
and build a new home.
Step 2 — Build a New House
With the support of volunteers, skilled trades, and donors, we build a
brand new home in Huron County.
Step 3 — Sell the House
We sell the house to a local partner family. No down payment, 0% interest —
payments are set at 30% of household income.
Step 4 — Plan for the Next Build
As the family pays their mortgage, that money goes into the Build Fund
to support future homes.
